dallas was a drag

dallas mopar hosted a shoot out at texas motor plex last weekend a strong showing 5 cars and 4 ran  ,a good showing from the other clubs fortunatly no club photographer on hand .my point is have any clubs around this great country seen a decline in attendance ,where have the cars all gone gas cost or other bummed ???

you talking about that mopars at the motorplex? saw taht show posted over at moparts. the flyer looked nice advertising it.

I do think gas prices have slowed the older car scene.  I will be driving mine less this year with prices over 4 bucks a gallon.   :banghead:

 :iagree:  I will still do some cruising around town but the long distance runs are pretty much out for this summer.    :swear:

o al ya had to go there, but since you opened the door .i did see a guy in a mask and cape test driving a track sweeper ,could it be him ?  :naughty:

Ouch - That means D&M Promotions will probably give up on Dallas like they did Houston.  Wonder if they'll try San Antonio or skip TX altogether next year

sinister im not real up to speed on local drags .my interest is on building a car for local mopar shoot outs next year if things dont pick up i dont want to invest in a car whats the story on dm ? thanks
