1974 seat belt pics

Does anyone have a pic or know how the front seat belts install on a 74 Barracuda? I have attched pics so you can see what I am talking about. Also what size bolts are used?  Any help will be greatly appreciated on this.

Should just bolt into the floor with the belt running up into the shoulder pivot, then back down to the retractor mechanism. The buckle should be between the floor and shoulder point. The retractor should be able to pivot some. They use a special shouldered bolt to allow the pivot.

Thanks, it looks like they took out the part that this piece would click into . This part that's missing is usually installed by the seat bolted to the floor. (the part you click the male part into) I looked at a friends challenger and kinda figured out what was up. I am missing the special bolt it seems like as well. I may just install a after market black shoulder harness setup like from www.wescoperformance.com and be done with it.
