Less Fat ...... MORE MEAT !!!!!!
« on: March 02, 2007 - 09:49:07 AM »
Got done installing my new Centerline Convo Pro's with big meats on there!

Specs:
72 Dodge Challenger
Super Stock Springs (3400lb)
Front spring Hanger mounted on upper hole
15*10 / 5" backspace
MT ET Streets 28*12.5*15
B-Body rear
3/4 relo kit
NO wheel spacers!

I think I can get 28*13.5*15's in there with a thin wheelspacer!!!

As you can see in the pics there is plenty of clearance (1/2"+) to the springs and the wheelwells..now on the drivers side a new quarter panel was installed so the lip is obviously wider and will be cut down...

Looks good mate but that second to last photo looks awfully close? Not at that stage but a decent bump and your lip could easily hit the sidewall and buckle the crap out of your 1/4 panel. Did you test it by pushing the trunk down hard and bounce it etc etc? Maybe it's just the angle cause it looks fine in the other photos.
