Boston 2007 World of Wheels
« on: February 02, 2007 - 04:54:11 PM »
Hi guys,

Here are some pics from the Boston, MA World of Wheels.  It was pretty good!   Lots of muscle cars and at least 8 Hemi cars, Cudas, Road Runners.....not like it was several years ago with only a hand full of muscle cars and all ricer stuff.  This year all the ricer stuff was pushed to the side and the muscle cars and hot rods were all over the place!

Here's some of my pics if you're curious.  Sorry they're blurry.  I had to turn off the flash so the cars didn't look like they were in a cave and I think the shutter stayed open a bit longer.

Yep, that's him!  He's a great little kid.  He doesn't smile in these pics but he's always a happy camper.  Couldn't imagine life without him and my 2 daughters.

He's my "excuse" to tell the wife for going to the car shows and buying all the toys that I have!   :roflsmiley:

The all red `70 Hemicuda was my favorite.Nice to see the old muscle winning out over the ricers again at that show too bad the cotton industry took a down turn b/c of it!  :smilielol:   (In case you don`t get that, ricer boys love to use cotton all around thier wheel wells at car shows)   :screwy:

Are you talking about the convertible on page 6?  That one is really cool!  And it did the Hot Rod Power Tour also.  Must've been awsome to ride that car around.

The '70 Hemi Cuda on page 1 is owned by a guy named Archie.  He lives up in New Hampshire and is a reall cool guy.  I met him at another car show earlier in the year.

One neat thing is that his wife owns the black '67 Mustang GT-500 with a 428 that was also at the WOW next to his car.  Would love to see them race home from work!  :burnout:

Friend of mine just sent me pics from our world of wheels show here in Calgary...he knows nothing about cars and kept raving about this car he was taking pics of. I know I seen this car on TV, anyone know what car it is.
