Nobody restoring the "cardboard" to my knowledge although Dante's Parts has ABS plastic replacements for 72-76 a-bodies. Through some digging i found a post on another forum from a fellow who used Stratacore Vinyl Cardboard but i've been a bit lazy about hitting the arts & crafts shops to see if they could shed some light as to whether it's a viable alternative to our original cardboard pieces.
I've always been curious if the Gran Coupe and Special Edition cardboards were interchangeable. You're one step ahead as you could take some measurements now and know for sure those numbers for the Gran Coupe. My rough pieces came from a very stripped SE years ago. I'll take some basc l & w measurements today and maybe we can find out for sure  Were you able to obtain the sail panel cardboard pieces because i believe those to be different between the Gran Coupe and Special Edition? There was an ebay auction several weeks ago listed as being the cardboard pieces for the Gran Coupe but the sail panel pices had more straight edges to them; the pieces i have come to a point on either end :dunno:
For reference could you take a couple of half shots of the roof cardboard that show the 'shadows' where the clips originally attached? :)  I'll take a few pics of my pieces and post them later today

Here are the pics of my cardboard pieces. The main piece is app. L50" x W54". I say app. as the piece is not totally flat. They aren't pretty, you may want to ask your loved ones to leave the room :walkaway:

I have a 1970-1971 dealers parts catalog and the part numbers are not the same between Challengers and Barracudas.
