Anyone have any tricks for getting the overcenter spring onto the clutch pedal? Is there an easy way to do it or do I need a pry bar?

I forgot to put mine on when I installed the pedals. I drove a couple of scewdrivers into the spring to stretch it a little and then pulled them out after I installed it.

That sounds like a good idea, I would have never thought of that. Thanks

If you are using a diaphaim style pressure plate I don't beileve you need the over center spring. I took it out of mine and the pedal feels better. If you have the 3 finger pressure plate you definatly need it.
