You definitly want to get a hold of the NHRA rulebook 2007 edition. A little pricey but all tracks pretty much go by that book.  In your case I would make sure all your wheelstuds stick out past the head of the nuts, put a big old battery holddown bracket with at least 9/16" allthread on each side and make sure you have very little or no rubber fuel line showing. You probably need a driveshaft loop for the slicks and if your running a roll bar make sure it is built to specs

NHRA.COM

Also, what 360Cuda said, plus a radiator overflow catch can.   What E.T you planning on running?  That will determine how much stuff you have to do in order to get through tech.  The quicker/faster you go, the more you need...     :burnout:     :cooldancing:

Get the NHRA or IHRA book if your track is sactioned by one of them and your track should also have a book for it`s own rules.
