How Do I Remove Rivets from the Grille

I'm trying to restore my Challenger Grille I need to remove the rivets to disassemble the pieces. What do I need to do this? Thanks

Confessions of a tru shade tree mechanic...   :-[

I drilled the rivets out with a small drill bit. I replaced them with small screws and nuts. Nobody has ever noticed as far as I know.  :naughty:

Same deal I did, drilled out rivets, replaced them with some nice trim screws and nuts
