Hey Burpin, welcome back and congratulations on the new youngun! :2thumbs:

As far as the 5.7 swap goes, TTI has headers and motor mount adapter plates which basically makes the job a bolt in affair. The new hemi has the smallblock bell housing pattern so a smallblock bellhousing will bolt up okay. The crank has an 8 bolt hub so you will have to find an 8 bolt flywheel. I don't know if the factory one will work okay in your application or not. Kiesler has put together a 5 or 6 speed swap so they will have a lot of info and the parts for a manual tranny swap, you might give them a call and see what they can help you with.

Don't sell that 5.7 short when it comes to power, a cam swap and a good set of full length headers will put the horsepower up over 400! :scared:  :burnout:

Welcome back. Was kind of wondering why you hadn't been on in a while. Street and Performance in Mena, Arkansas has a lot of stuff for the 5.7 conversion and Milodon just came out with an oil pan for the 5.7 to fit in an e-body.
I plan to put a 5.7 in one of my Cudas some day. I officially have 4 of them now. Might replace the 5.9 in my wife's cuda with a 5.7. She sure loves that fuel injection and overdrive. It's like driving a brand new car.

Congratulations Burpin!

Barry has to wonder if he could have a kid if he sold his Cuda and stayed away from the site for a while....

Not likely, but fun to think about.
