I have a 3 wire setup so my question is....I looked at the factory wiring diagram and it's obvious what the battery wire goes to... but there is a green and blue wire ??? the battery is the whole way at the bottom of the alternator then a middle connection and a connection at the top of the alternator...so which one does the blue/green go to ??? thx

The factory way is whichever wire has power in the key on , engine off mode (with wires off the alt) goes to the top, but like cp says  it realy doesnt matter...........kim....
