Basic Math..
« on: March 22, 2007 - 08:23:20 PM »
Bigs has been watching a certain set of polished ralley trim rings on a certain auction site. Granted Bigs does not hold a degree in math or finance. Now this set was supposedly an unused set of Mopar rings that were 16 years old. Currently Mopar perf. has these for $89 ea. $356 (4) plus shipping. Bigs price from local dealer $75 ea... delivered. The bidding went from $277ish to $805 in the last 45 seconds.... plus shipping. Roll up a big one and pass it this way!!   :smokin:

Bigs,

The real burning question is, if the winner's parents get divorced, are they still brother and sister ?

I can't even remember how many auctions I have watched that people have ended up paying ridiculous amounts of money for. The best ones are the parts that are available from the dealer!  If people would just do a little research, they can save themselves lots of money.

Stupid should be painful  :grinyes:

$805 is a bit steep, but I have seen them go for $300-$400. Go figure.   :screwy:
