65% chance of it running well and lasting for you. 35% of a long list of issues, the least of which is not as much power as advertised, the worst of which is lower end issues Mopar will not stand behind in any way right out of the box. With a cam change, you can void the warranty and get a long block from a mass rebuilder that wont last longer than a year or two, for 1/2 the money of the MP part that has no warranty. I hate mass rebuilders, but I'd rather pay less knowing it's going to be bad, than pay more hoping to beat the odds. Best  situation is a properly rebuilt engine from a reputable place. Preferably local so you can see the work they do.

But you still have to double check their stuff too.  (had a bad experience)  It is better to build it yourself, at least you know it is within specs.

Well, you can call it a plus towards value, or a minus. If it runs well, doesnt leak, and feels strong, it's a decent one. I will say the small blocks are the better of the crate offerings. I'd simply call it a running 360, no bonus points for sale price there.
