440 water pump

 Year One shows an  A/C car takes a different water pump than a non A/C car is that correct?  both parts houses  here in town say all 440's are the same and they don't have any in stock to compare with mine.

I honestly don't see why there would be a difference.  :clueless: All the 440 pumps should be the same.

8 blade or 6 blade pump
 8 for A/c , 6 for more power
 8 can cost 15 hp

i went to advance auto and got whatever they listed for a 71 440-4bbl...
