I tried that back in the 80's. A 74 Charger headliner. I got it out but it ripped in a few places. A 30 some year old headliner will rip VERY easy. Better just to get a new one.

Pretty sure its not original, it looks newer.  Well, I guess I wont have anything to lose.   :swaying:

Sure go and try, I was able to reuse the one I took out. Just had so sew it a little. If it's glued around the edges good, you may have some trouble. Just be carefull and good Luck.
