Power brake booster I.D. help

Can somebody help me I.D a power brake booster. I believe its original to my car but since my master cylinder is not I suppose the booster could have been changed.Are they date coded?
The numbers I can find on it ....

 Unfortunately, my Paul Herd Parts Interchange Manual doesn't have any of your numbers listed.....    but that may not mean anything.   Perhaps someone else has some info...  Is it a Bendix or Midland-Ross?
