which pinion snubber?
« on: April 14, 2007 - 07:53:59 PM »
I am in the process of changing my rear from a 7 1/4 to an 8 3/4.  The 7 1/4 has a stock pinion snubber, and I wanted to get a stock version for the 8 3/4.  I have come accross two versions:

1. Long Flat - Ebay: 330109527118
2. Short Curved - Ebay: 330109541024

Which one came stock on the E-body 8 3/4?
(I am not looking for the adjustable version.)

Thanks in advance.

Just got a different one off Ebay for $5 plus $5 for shipping, so $10 total.  Does that sound like a good deal or not  ???  ???

A $10 deal is always a deal.  If it happens to not fit, remember, you can always grind out the mounting holes to fit your 8-3/4 bolt pattern with a die grinder.
