4-speed tailshaft

 :clueless: can somebody clue me in on if there will be any problems using a truck od tailhousing on a 69 four speed?

I am not sure about the tailhousing, but I know my father took the gears out of a OD aluminum case and put them in an iron case because the aluminum case was wore out.  He is using it in his Dart without a problem.  Hope this helps.

it will work , possibly you may need a different brg , they used 2 different brgs the 308 large or the 307 small brg

Check the shifter mount location. I *think* the truck tailshaft housing will work with a B/E but is different than the A body variety (short).

assuming you are using 69 E or B body 4 spd no problem
 the A body is a whole different unit
