Will a 70 Cuda tail panel fit in a 73 without much trouble?

I like the 70 lights, and I'll probably never sell my Cuda once it's done, so I was just wondering if there would be any problems getting it to fit right.

It's no fun cutting the spot welds without butchering the quarters but other then that those parts do interchange
