    How about the special paint that they use to paint the vinyl noses on cars like Transams, Vettes, etc. Could that be used to paint interior pieces? Any body shop guys know anything about that?

    I dont know the answer to your question jeryst, but I have a couple more while we wait for some answers.

    1.  What color white does a person use on the interior panels, there are many? 

    2.  Will one can of each be enough?  Soap, prep, adhesion intensifier whatever, and paint?

    The paint isn't special.  The additive used in it is a flex agent.  I don't see why it couldn't be used in door panel paint.  The original white was somewhat an eggshell color.  Chrysler had paint color codes to paint the dash frame etc the door panel color.  These codes can be used for door panel dye colors.
