Original Used Passenger Rear Quarter

Im thinking about buying one, but the seller doesnt know what its worth, and neither do I.  They say its straight and no rust.   

I have no idea, I know pics would help, but just wondering if anyone knows anyways.

I also had a NOS quarter for my Challenger, and while I only paid $120 twenty years ago, I think that the last time I look for one on eBay they were going for between 4-6k.

Oops, forgot to say it was USED.  No way I would get a NOS one.  Sorry for the confusion.
