Shoulder Belt Clips
« on: April 20, 2007 - 04:02:44 PM »
Does anybody know where I can purchase the clips/hardware that hold the shoulder belts in the overhead for a Challenger. :dunno:  I have a '74 and know it used to have the retractable type, but I guess the previous owner got tired of it 'sticking' and converted it to an earlier year non-retractable type. So now the shoulder straps just hangs there in the back and looks crappy.  :banghead: I've looked at R/T specialties and RPM resto parts and not seen the clips/hardware, but maybe I overlooked or looked in the wrong place. Any help?? Thanks!!  ;D

You'll probably have to get them from someone.  They shouldn't be hard to find.  Theyawere in almost every car and arn't a wear item.  Most of them have survived.

I think 'Totally Auto' may have what I need. I am waiting to hear back from them. As has been said in another thread, I'd be lost without this site.  :dunno: You guys rock!! :2thumbs:
