Fed-Ex ground seems to be the cheapest way that I know.

We use Fed Ex at the shop but SPEE-DEE is even cheaper. We prefer them over FED. Unfortunately they are only a regional carrier. Wi/Mn/SD/ND/Ia and a small part of northern Il.
