One thing I noticed with your diet Moparal is there isn't very much protein in our breakfast, lunch and in your snack. If your body doesn't get enough protein you will lose muscle which is what you don't want to do.
Do you like eggs? Try this with breakfast,
Scramble up 3 egg whites(all protein) and one whole egg, then add one or two individual slices of kraft NON fat sharp cheddar cheese. You can delete the egg yoke and add one or two more egg whites. I usually eat it just like this.
You can add mushrooms, onions, or any other veggies, salsa, or spices you like, just no salt, but pepper works good.
For lunch and the snack, you might try adding a glass of milk, if you can drink it.
Supper looks good, other good meats are fish, (tunafish sandwiches too) turkey, next time you crave a hamburger, try turkey patties, even my kids loved these. In fact alot of meals you use hamburger for you can replace with turkey for a healthier choice. Any salad can be spiced up with some pieces of chicken (not fried of course)
