The lense just sticks in there with an adhesive, I screwed mine up trying to get it out and had to get a new one. I'm told the Hurst logo is larger on the newer ones but I'm not sure.

The lens is glued on to the top bezel then the bezel is penned into the shifter below the lens. Drill a small hole into the old lens and run a drywall screw or similar into the lens to pull it out. This way you will not damage the bezel. You may or may not need glue/adhesive to secure the new lens, some fit straight in perfectly snug.

Not sure on part numbers sorry. :2cents:
