Not versed on the swapping ,but Thomas J. Stestak(sp) on Ebay has full kits.  I.E. Doors, Trunk, Ignition, Glove Box, Console, etc available for @ 150 IIRC.  Been a while though since I looked.

Good luck

Ya know what, I've never replaced lock cylinders on the older cars, but I promise you they're not hard.  Take off the inner door panel and you'll probably be pretty surprised.  As for ignition, pretty much same thing, except with a couple wires to swap over.

I changed my own locks and keyed them myself.  Really easy on a Mopar because the little plates covering the pins and springs are removeable and not pressed on like GM lock cylinders for instance.

I took the ignition cylinder apart first because I had a good key for it and lined up the springs and pins in the exact order that they were originally installed.

Then I just took some old door lock cylinders that I didn't have the keys for and dumped all the parts out on the table,

After that I lined up the pins and springs in the same order as the ignition cylinder and installed them.  The driver's side door lock cylinder went together perfect with the ignition key turning it first time but the passenger side was a little harder.

I found out one of the pins kept hanging up and wouldn't let the key turn so I just eliminated that one pin spring assembly and that did the trick.

Pretty easy really if you have some time and you don't screw up the order of the pins in the lock that you have the key for.

AN auto locksmith can also key them for you with new pins
the column is the toughest to get at the release pin is hidden under the lock plate , the door handles have to be removed to get at the door locks
