Pics needed 73 Chally rear bumper area
« on: May 24, 2007 - 11:30:00 AM »
I was looking at my car today and said to myself it looks like it is missing something.  Can someone post up some rear shots of the bumper area for a 73 Challenger.  Is there a filler piece that sits inside behind the bumper?  I noticed maybe 8 or so small holes in the body behind the bumper as if something is supposed to be screwed in there?

A 73 Challenger with the 73 bumper uses a 3 piece bumper filler similar to what is used on the front bumper.

I finally found the cable to my camera. Here's some pics of the filler pieces.

Thanks, I guess that is what I am missing.  Anyone repop those or is that a scavenger hunt item?

Last I looked (which was several years back) the side pieces were being repoed but not the center piece. May have changed in the meantime.

I think this is the center section at Goodmark part # 2120-850-702 $59.95  but lists for 70-74 Challey & the rubber pieces were only used 73-74 as far as I know..  I've never seen the ends reproduced.

That is the 1970 bumper filler.  It is confusing with the year fitment they give.  It is a steel part.
