The pic looks like its 3 pieces, but the xv are a solid one piece.  They have a groove in the middle, thats why I smoothed it out.  I angled them like the rear rails to keep the holes in the crossmember open.

For waht it's worth my XV challenger ones fit perfect on the original floor pans once I clearanced it for the torque box. That's laying them up to check on the rotisserrie before replacing the rusty pans. Hopefully they fit just as well after the pans are replaced. Cartools may be better, but either way they are cheap enough and close enough I would not try to handmake one like them to fit the rails. I put them through the pans before I tried to handmake ones to follow the pan contour.
