Rear Elast. Bumper Fit Questions
« on: June 20, 2007 - 10:02:45 AM »
I'm in the process of straightening and fitting an elastomeric rear bumper on the 70 Cuda and was hoping someone could post some pictures.  70Cuda and HemiDog had an exchange on this subject two years ago, but the photos are off the posting. I'm wondering how much of a gap there is between the bottom of the tail panel and the top of the bumper.  Also would like to know how much of the 1/2 inch ridge on top of the bumper shows when looking straight down at it.  Any help is appreciated.

Thanks, Clown, for posting the picture.  I couldn't get all the clearances, but I picked up a few ideas.

When my friend was straightening that bumper he looked at many photos to get an Idea of how it was supposed to fit.And not many fit all that good by what I have seen, but when he put the bumpers on the red AAR,I was blown away by how good he got them to fit.

I'm also interested in putting the E-bumpers on my car, do you have any other pictures of the AAR, moparclown?
