Goodmark 72-74 Cuda Fenders
« on: June 28, 2007 - 10:47:17 AM »
 :horse:
Called Goodmark Industries today to inquire specifically about the 72-74 Cuda Fenders.  I was told the 'stamp' has not been approved yet, but once it is, new fenders can be pressed on the machine and be ready for sale in 10-12 weeks.

I was told that Cuda Fenders should be available 4 months from now, at the earliest.  Realistically, I would say maybe another year before these fenders are ready.

The good news is that Goodmark is actually pretty close to offering this hard-to-find sheetmetal.
No one else is even attempting to reproduce fenders!

I just hope the quality is good.  I have a front valance
from Goodmark that is easily dented.

Yikes!! :eek7: When I enquired about 2 months ago they were scheduled for July. Now it's July and they're scheduled for September/October at the earliest?! I'm so glad I purchased my Cuda project with restored/mint originals. But, like you said, at least someone is making them. Though, in this E-Body hobby with the $$ available someone or some company were always going to make some ($$ sake). At least they're taking their time and doing them right. The rear 1/4s we got for my old 73 Cuda a few months back were very nice. Straight and look to fit well, yet to fit them but they certainly look the part, if somewhat thin. So however long they take to make them at least we know (fingers crossed) that they will be nice pieces. Thanks for the heads up.
