Decent price for a set of 516 heads?

I paid 80 dollars for a set of 516 closed chamber heads today, is that a decent price? I know I will have to have them hogged out for larger exhaust valves and I will template port them and probably go with 181/214 valves, have them cleaned up on the deck, bronze guides etc when money allows. The guy wanted 100 btw.
