Mike it's not the MPG that's important, it's the SPG,.............= Smiles Per Gallon. .  Don't worry, Don's Cuda will go nearly twice as far as yours on the same amount of fuel.

Not that I care about MPG, it's a musclecar, but I bet it does pretty good. The Main thing when building the 318 was that it would be a SB Chivy eatin' mother F(period). Well Don, is it impressive?

Like I have said this thing has power!  Its not a 440, but its a great small block and is a blast to drive!  I kick it down and it wants to spin, I had to once hit the brakes on a take off because it launched so hard!  I didnt want to get pulled over by the MP's because I was sliding side to side LOL!!!     I came close to taking it to the drag strip on Friday LOL!!!  I couldnt get my friend to go with me so instead we drank beer and entertained all the people that would stop and get out of their cars to look at the cuda!!!  Im having too much fun with this car, it should be illegal!!!  Thank you friends.

Thanks guys for all the great responces, did anyone ever find out who "UNDER COVER CUDA" was?  That was pretty clandestine of that person LOL!!!  Kinda like this whole operation!  Once again you guys and gals are the best!

As for Under Cover Cuda...  that's classified information...I could tell ya, but I'd have to kill ya.

Which leads me to a question I thought of before we left Carlisle, what are the remarks and responses you getting from the other "greatest people on earth" ( our service personel) around base? Do they beleive your story? And has any military media picked up on this as of yet?  Just curious.  Hell Don, you may become so famous they would just keep ya here in the states

Short time you wouldnt think it when you inspect this car!  I got under it last night just checking things out     and I tell you this  car was done the right way (thank you Tony and members) I mean even the drive shaft is undercoated LOL!!!  Its so clean you could have a picnic on it!  I am enjoying the car we drove it to the next town over last night and some guys in a 78-79 Malibu were trying to mess with me LOL!!!  Well needless to say I stressed my wife out when I kicked it down!!!  LOL!!! 

As for Under Cover Cuda, Im cleared up to "G-15" classified which is one step higher than "G-14" and G-15 is the highest you can go so you can send me a PM and tell me who it is LOL!!!  I promise I can keep a secret.  Not to take anything away from the rest just courious is all.  Thank you once again, this has been magic!

It is a treat to hear you are enjoying the car. I posted before but I dont know if I just forgot to post after typing it or if it just did not post because of the internet but I really feel great just being a part of something this special. Dont think for a minute that you owe me, I for one think everyone still owes you and the rest of those being put in harms way. The only thing I would like you to do is to come back safe, and bring all our brothers and sisters in arms with you
