V8 RT emblem
« on: July 17, 2007 - 07:41:21 PM »
Hello to all,
I have a 70 Challenger that has the holes drilled in the fenders for the "V8" emblems just below the "Challenger" emblems (318 car)

I was told by a friend that the "RT" emblems line up with the same holes if I want to substitute them.

anybody know for sure ?

thanks
Ben

Here's a pic of an original drivers fender, R/T Emblem, challenger. The forward hole is appx 2" down from the bodyline. The rear hole is appx 2 1/4" down. The distance between the two is 3 7/16". All measurements are on centeline.
Cant kill the mean and ugly. Only the good die young...I plan to be here a while!!
