Can someone look up a VIN on carfax/other?

  What kind of car is this.just by looking at it the HR int the beginning would be a 2006 buick lucerne 10 letter l to r is 6 making it a 2006.the 8 letter vin l to r is c which would make it a 3800 engine.coarse this is only true if this is a GM product.
