What is sad is that it looks like he's done a pretty good job on the restoration and as such probably over-capitalised what will always be a '74 Cuda. A similar quality job on a real '71 would have had everybody drooling. Nonetheless, just looks like he's trying to jump on the bandwagon and cash in on the hype.
I agree...this is no doubt a fun car to get out and drive and would impress most people. Guys on this board have a greater level of knowledge and are going to be more critical of this car as an investment. Maybe this car will move that one perspective buyer. Nice hot rods sell for 50-75 grand every day. Is that what these clone cars are becoming? 74 car with a big 440 and billboards screams MOPAR to the casual fan...which most people are.
I wouldn't want my money in this car at that price, but to each his own for asking.
