Blinded by science?? fender tags
« on: July 24, 2007 - 08:27:09 PM »
Ifiguered i could use those fender tags for decoding lessons. and thank you for all the positive remarks.. the car wears an old ,old old paintjob, you guys nailed me for the am radio but missed the go-mango [as in missing] paintjob. the car was produced by dodge for a dodge dealership in Mo. to advertise the hellatious new model coming out in 70 so they covered it in stuff. unfortunately I think , the white roof, blackout hood, and mango body looked like ...............I dont know...not good so the blackout dissapeared and the mango paint and its worn the flagship colors as far back as I can track.  the car resided out west I picked it up in scottdale around 9/04 . actually, alaskan T/A emailed me about it, he had seen it online then I beleive a failed barret/jackson campaign. I hope someone knows something about it cause I'm at a dead end for info now .the assembly line did in fact miss the cruise control option, but hell 1/35 aint bad. still has all orig metal, pinholes in trunk floor under tire, and an original patina thats awsome. and oh,Rusty   as a matter of fact YES they are 8 inchers, they are police rallies and I dont  know if the skinnies would work[for the all around look] the thing is like a 1975 time capsule and its hurts to even consider new stuff  Tooch
