March B Wedge new single serp belt setup install

Well, a while ago some questions were asked about the newest March kit. This is the single long serp belt kit, for a B wedge, with A/C. It uses the smallest ac compressor I've ever seen...lol. Anyway, it was designed for the Powermaster big amp alternators, and this car has a smaller version. So, I had to make up a small bracket to adapt this alternator to the system. That way, if this one dies, by simply buying the one they sdesigned thsi for, it's an easy repair. Now, what I did find (after realizing I messed up and ordered the RB version... :banghead:) follows:  The instructions..well. There arent any. Not really. They have a very comlicated single sheet of paper, showing the entire system in place, with several smaller blowups of the steering side, and the a/c and alt sides. They included the wrong size spacer for teh PS, and the long bolt they sent wasnt long enough to pass thrueverything. I also had to use spacers/washers to get the pump and tensioner tunrbuckle to bolt up nicely. The pulley alignment was good, but there was a spot where I slipped a washer in to take up the excessive gap. Not a huge deal really. On the Alt side, the long spacer for the alt was too long. Might be because of the alt tho. It was an easy fix in any case, by clearancing the alt case.  Aslo too long were the small bolts that hold the rear plate to the head. This has Indy heads, but the holes were just as deep as factory iron I looked at. The spacer for the AC compressor rear bolt wasnt long enough, nor was the bolt that holds it. It's close, but I'd want another 1/4". What was rather frustrating was the mix of metric and english threads on teh AC compressor. The small ears are metric, but included were one metric, and two english bolts. That's where written instructions might have come in easier. I was careful and caught it. But if I was doing it with air tools, that would have resulted in a stripped or broken off bolt in the new polished ac compressor. Overall, The fit was great. The execution of the hardware packages was OK. I was lucky tho. This car had the two belt serp setup oon it, and I pirated what I needed from that. If this was a start fresh, I would have been a bit more peeved. It does look wicked tho.
