HELPPPPP!!!!

so i have a red 1970 convertible challenger that needs....everything? haha. the only nic thing on it is the paint job. the engine is a small block mystery, transmission is garbage, rims are factory original, brakes are original drms :'(.
in essence i need a complete car build that has about 400 or more hp. if anyone has a build that works could you help me out???? money isnt really a problem just need a place to start.

Are you planning on staying with a small block? Strokers are popular in both SB and BB.  Do you want it stock apearing? Custom look OK?
Look for 73-74 disc's  as they use the bigger bearings. Sticking with an auto or 4 or 5 or 6 speed? Lots of options depending on your budget?

You could also use the disc set-up off of an Aspen/Volare/Diplomat/LeBaron. They'll be much easier to find than 73-74 Cuda/Challenger.

Indy Cylinder Head's crate new hemis.  Dyno tuned to the stated horsepower and ready to bolt in. Saves you lots of work trying to put together a working combo.    You said money wasn't a problem, right?
