I've been reading and laughing! I had a lot of fun over the last 4 years with this car and I've almost doubled my money. Why be greedy.

Congrats with your sale of the T/A. Sounds like you're happy with the deal. :ylsuper:

Anyway I found your car advertized for sale in Sweden a few days ago, April 27.

Link here http://www.moparsweden.com/moparshop/openadd.asp?annons=9779

Price says SEK 295.000
converted to USD 41.450
Of course this includes taxes and shipping to Europe.

If the link is deleted this is the content in Swedish
"Annons : 9779
Objekt : Säljes T/A Challenger
Pris : 295000:-
Annonsdatum : 2007-04-27
Annonsör : xxx
Telefonnummer : xxx
e-postadress : xxx
Objektbeskrivning : Äkta 1970 T/A, ej matching men har renoverad T/A-motor, 4-vxl. Väldigt lite rost, ser bra ut på bild men skulle behöva en omlack. Hyfsat bruksskick i övrigt.  "

An identical picture is kept.

It is a wellknown trader of mopar muscles in Sweden. He has brought a lot of good cars into Scandinavia. Guess that's the way these traders operate? - put in an ad in several national web-boards to see if anybody is interested.

Congrats. Looks like a car flipper to me, though.

Are you by chance from the moparts board?   They seem to but very hard on flippers there and get pretty worked up about it.   :swear: :swear:

Conclusion drawn from a photo?   :clueless:

I hope that you are never a juror pointing your finger at me.  I know I look guilty.  :roflsmiley: :roflsmiley:

What's wrong with flippers? Musclecars are great moneymakers. I have my personal baby and the business on the side that allows me to not only continue to fund my car habit, but also puts me in contact with folks who might give me a great lead on a rare car that I can add to the stable.

No, my car did not have a vinyl top. My old B7 blue R/T did show up on ebay last week. It bid up to 51k but didn't meet reserve. I sold it for 40k last year. I thought prices were down, but maybe not  :scared:

Trans am cars are so popular.  I am kind of surprised at how fast a nom car needing resto went.  I thought the price was fair, but somebody would have a bunch of money in the car to make it almost perfect.
