Thanks, but the car already has a set of 14" rallyes, I just want to get a little better tire selection than 14 inch rims allow.

15X7", and 15X8" Rally wheels are available aftermarket. Check Summit Racing, or Jegs. The thing here is, they only make 15X7" trim rings, so if you go with the 15X8" in the back, there will be a one inch gap that some people aren't crazy about. You also need to buy the center caps.

I'm not sure where to look for the hood scoops. You can try E-Bay.
