« on: August 23, 2007 - 11:55:56 AM »
There is supposed to be an Ad for a new magazine called Mopar enthusiast in the back.  In the picture is a Green Challenger doing a burn out. A friend called and said its me. I cant find it for sell here and was wondering if someone could scan it or take a picture for me. Thanks.

I sighned up for it at Carlisle and got a very cool T Shirt too. It looks like it may be a mag for common people instead of just HEMI high doller show cars.  :money: I understood they want everyday cars for articals, not just big money cars. We will see once it comes out.

Pistol Gripper, that is Reflect 7. He just came to work for my company and we met a short time ago. Great guy and an excellent paint and body man.  He done that burnout over eight years ago at a show he was at and wondered where they got that photo from. He had just completed a fresh rebuild on  the car and they could not beleive he was going to enter it in the burnout contest, which he did win.  I think he said that photo was run in another mag about that time. Seems his 15 minutes of fame has been stretched to 30........

Yes thats me in 1999. It was in High performance Mopar . Kind of surprised me to see it 8 years later in an advertisement.  As said from my coworker people came up to me and tried to talk me out of doing it. Its my car at the time so i did what I wanted. I did the pink car after that and now Im doing a 73 that will be a stroker motor 360 with a paxton or such supercharger street car.
