That Challenger looks to be in pretty good shape.  Thank goodness for California   :lol2:

I'm more curious about the '71 'Cuda for sale.  They found the original block but the guy wont give it up?  WTF?   :dupe:  I've never heard a story like that.  Why would a person not sell the block to the right car?  Not only for sentimental reasons, just becauase it would be the right thing to do.  That and its claimed to be the last 6 pack car built.  Sounds very interesting.   :grinyes:

I know the seller of the 'Cuda, nice guy, car is in NY.  I guess the original block is installed in another car and whoever the owner is doesn't want to hassle it.  As far as the Challenger goes, Scott the seller is a stand-up guy and as honest as they come.

Scott, the seller is a nice guy, but still don't know why he undercoats all his restorations??? That is not correct, and then ask tons of $$$.  That sounds like a cheap way to restore a car.  But the rest of the cars looks pretty good when I look at their restorations.  Just my opinion, I know...

that picture is of the interior before when i owned  it,as you can see its now restored supporting a 4spd shifter in its console instead of the automatic that it originally came with but everything else looks correct so in this day and age not everything is always as it appears so before resto pics help as locating and talking to previous owners BEFORE laying down the big bucks is a good idea.

That GTS ragtop's fender tag is a repop, no doubt about it. Looks like someone even put the bend in the corner in it to try and pass it off as an original one.
