Give him the benefit of the doubt. If the incorrect one was sent, he should send the correct harness before you send the incorrect harness back. Give him a 5 business day time frame for him to give you a tracking number. When you are able to track your package, then you can look to send the incorrect harness back. He should agree to this. This way you both can both leave neutral or positive feedback, and everyone is content.

The seller was WRONG. If he was honest he would tell you that he is sending you the CORRECT harness and when you recieve it to please send back the incorrect one. If he does not want to do that and that is what it sounds like I would give him negative feed back and sell the harness he sent you after finding out what it is. Now you know only paying with money orders is a bad deal. Just my  :2cents:

Wow! ..thanks for all the feedback  Mopar noob that is very funny i guess i was right to keep this harness and be glad its a mopar brand...lol,Torred.sadly for him i have left negative feedback and i am sure he left some for me it will be my first by the way.Ralley i have given him the benefit by asking him to send the right one but he wouldn't. The way i usually buy things is with paypal but like i said mopar guys are usually pretty good to deal with... i am just glad it was a cheap lesson...and since he deals in mopar stuff(right now!) pass his name to anyone buying from e-bay you know!

I'm a little confused.  I would think you should send back the wrong harness 1st.  From his side, he doesn't know you won't keep both.  If you had bought something from a big company, say Walmart.  "I bought a 40" TV, they sent a 32", they wouldn't send another TV  without having the return 1st.

Am I missing something?

Look back to the conversation I had with the seller... He doesn't really seem like hes 100% honest and biting the bullet on this one and keepint the wrong harness may just be the best idea.

I'm one who thinks anyone that doesnt accept Paypal payments must be up to something... maybe I'm paranoid but being that their already using Ebay I would expect them to know about and be capible of using Paypal too.

But you knew he didn't take paypal from the beginning.  You initially trusted him enough to send the money in the 1st place.  I would think he should pay for the return shipping, this would prove you returned the item.

Well katfish..i understand what you are saying and i may have done that if mopar 3401 had responded to me before the investigation and if he had been professional in the response i finally did get! But since he had my money and a bad attitude i felt that keeping the harness was the only way to at least have something for the money i had paid ...funny you give the wal-mart supposition cause he tried to give me the same type of theory i told him that if i could return the part in person like i could at a wal-mart then i would be glad to but since there are thousands of miles separating me and him (luckily for him) i didn't want to take that chance also, sending me the harness first is better because U.P.S. will issue a RS tag that he could have sent with the right harness...His way was just trust me.....Nah on a different thought does anyone have another site they can think of that will spread the word on this MENACE to e-bay?  :poopoke:

I just checked out the link, then looked at his feedback, it appears he just screwed someone else too.  I say we all bombard him and e-mails telling to do you right or we'll ALL report him to e-bag as a fraud.  Bet he changes his tune after about 50 or so boardmember e-mails!
