Modern radiator problem...

Not sure where else to go with this... While searching for a car to buy I'm working on fixing my Lexus myself so I can learn a bit more about cars and working on them.. Yea modern cars aren't all the same but its a great start..

Anyway, heres my problem.. Bumped the front of my car a while back and it damaged the light housing, hood, bumper, and it bent the radiator mounts and pushed the radiator back a few inches on one side..

Is there anyone in the SF Bay Area (California) that has mechanical experience and knows how to weld? Would like to meet up with someone that can explain this to me a bit and maybe give me some guidance..

Here are some pictures.. The first 2 are what the upper mount is supposed to look like and the 2nd set are of the bent upper mount.
