I hope this is not a stupid question but I have heard that some years of these blocks were stronger than others.  If this is true is the 67 a part of the stronger group.

I have a 73 440 block and I had it bored .55 over......

the 67 did not have the extra rib on the outside of the block at the depth of the head bolts so no it is not one of the stronger ones ....But I managed to run mid 11s in my street Duster with a 66 casting which also had no rib so weak is a relative thing , it will still reliably make 600 HP
