Cuda progress?

Well not much this week, thought I was about ready to assemble the engine, but had to get the fuel system ready. The tank was not terrible but I am sealing it anyway, can't find a fuel sender sock filter locally and hate to pay $20 for one, now I find out the fuel line is leaking..........do you recommend pre-bent or is it too much trouble to bend it myself?

with a good bender & taking your time it is not hard to run a new line , your call , is time or $$ easier to come by ?

Bending it yourself wouldn't be too bad with a good bender as the cheapies can make a mess.  My other beef is that the bulk tubing is usually sold in coils so it's hard to get it looking nice when you have to straighten it out first.

I ended up ordering the prebent. I did the bulk one on one Cuda and made it in two pieces. $70 was not terrible, but the $28 shipping was a killer!

Surprise: Just got a catalog from 'THE RIGHT STUFF' and ordered the sender from them. They beat Ebay and the shipping was more reasonable as well. Seem to have quite a bit of Mopar product.
