I think this is a shot in the dark but I thought I would try.   :dunno:

My 72 Challenger has the original AM radio (still working), but when the car was painted a few years ago the antenna hole was filled in as it was corroded and a new one was never cut.  Is there any way to get my radio to work without cutting a hole in my car?  Wireless antenna or something like that?

Thanks for the help

Rob

you could cut a hole in th e1/4 panel & use a T/A /AAR antenna , still have to cut a hole though

you mean like the short rubber whip antenna? I too need to come up with a solution on this as my fiberglass fender was replaced with metal and had no hole. I suppose an external aerial antenna would look more correct but I cant bring myself to cut the hole.
