    hemi clone cuda

    I'm considering making a hemi clone cuda.  I use to had a 70 440 cuda when I was younger and always loved the cuda model.  I am retiring this summer and thought it would be a good project for me.  Can anyone tell me what years they made the hemi cuda and if you can still by the engines.  Any other help would be greatly appriciated.  engrguy_@excite.com

    '70 and '71

    Engine is available at your local mopar Performance
    store

    All the parts fit in any E-body and if you can't find
    an early one, '72 to '74  will work just fine

    Don't forget to upgrade the suspension, drivetrain and
    unibody. Those engines will tear up any car with the
    shear power of the hemi legend

    And if your taking out a small block, it would be a good idea to upgrade the fuel lines and sending unit to 3/8, wouldn't want to starve that awesome HEMI!  Congrats and your retirement!!

    Schumacher Creative Services for mounts to fit in other V8 k-frames.....hemi took a special one but with these mount it don't matter...and the engine is in it's stock location..so no special parts.  http://www.engine-swaps.com/
