Why are there 2 fuel tubes?

My chally has 2 fuel fill tubes in the trunk, what's up with that?

Based on the marker light and partial tail panel lamp shown, is it a 1970 model?

If so, the car was likely built for sale in CA and it has N95. One is the fill tube and the other is part of the vapor collection system.

It always helps to list the model year for any specific questions.  ;)
