    It looks like a 71-72 Roadrunner converted to look like a wing car. I would not build anything like that, but i think it looks OK.

    That is the roadrunner superbird built by dayclona. They sell kits to clone wing cars. This is just one of their custom jobs. They also have a couple of '71 charger daytonas that they built, and a replica of the watermellon '70 daytona.
