-Jack up car , remove wheel
- remove brake caliper & rotor if disc , remove drum if not
- undo the shock lower bolt
- undo the nut [3/4"] on rear of caster strut
- remove clip from rear of torsion bar
- undo T bar adjuster [3/4" bolt]
- remove 15/16" nut from LCA pivot pin
- undo the 2 15/16" bolts through spindle into lower ball joint
- pry between LCA & K frame to push T bar & LCA out of K frame

yeah, you can squeeze the torsion bar clip with the 2 pins pointing at you. torsion bars that have never been out can be a pain, may need to coax it out with a hammer, but be sure to protect it from mushrooming the torsion bar. ever try putting a round peg in a square hole?

Took my friend and I about 5-6 hours to take it apart and put back together, and another 4-5 hours to do the clean up and resto work.
